Help me put together a small fishing kit?

I'm working on a small fishing kit to take backpacking. I'll be fishing off shore in small backwoods lakes looking for pan fish, perch, lake trout, etc. I have a telescoping rod with a light reel and 6lb line. I need some recommendations for tackle. I just have some small bobbers, hooks, weights and 1 small rooster tail. Anything really useful I could add?
