I'm doing a History course in university. May you give me any writing tips?

At university level,the professors are looking for analysis and opinions backed up with evidence.particularly quotes from historians and primary sources.Avoid a straight narrative - even a good narrative won't get you more than a C grade.You need a strong introduction and conclusion,and make a decision one way or another on what you're writing about - History lecturers don't like fence sitters.
