I want another tattoo, but where should it go?

I have a small red heart with swirls kind of behind it on my right shoulder. I want to get a flower tattoo next and the only thing i keep coming up with is to put it on my other shoulder, but I'm afraid it will look weird having two totally different tattoos on either side. I was thinking of maybe putting it more on my upper shoulder and down my arm slightly so you would only see part of it from my back, but i'm afraid since it will have to be covered for work. Any suggestions? Would it look awkward having different tattoos basically right next to each other? Or where else could I put a flowery type thing that can be hidden at work?
