Hello, I hope yur enjoying your crested! I personally have 9 Crested geckos and breed them as well. For being a year old your crested should be a bit lnger with his tail. I suggest maybe upgrading his enclosure with something that hasmore height. They will eat the powder you supply but will only eat small amounts of eat during the night, suchsmall amounts that if you only have one per enslocure, most of the time you will not notice that they ate. In addition to the powdr I suggest feeding your cresty small crickets at least twice a week. Make sure you powder them with calcium to get additonal nutrients. Also make sure you hve the encloure at a high humidity, between 70-90 percent.Hope that helped and best of luck to you and your cresty!
