What kind of chicken is this?

He looks like a cubalaya chicken,but his tail thing is alot perkier and sticks up more and shorter. but is very small like 3 pounds and has very long spurs and is a rooster. for a while i thought he was a bantam cubalaya. the people i got him from said he was a cuban rooster but there is no such thing! what could he be???
